Tim was amazing, Truly a professional in every sense of the word. His service is highly recommended and such a peace of mind knowing I will not have any issues. I suggest any new home buyer utilize his service. He gave me the videos and if there was a problem BEFORE I purchased the home I would have the ammunition to have the problem corrected.

August 10, 2025This was my first home purchase so wanted to join Tim while he was inspecting my new house. I didn't necessarily follow him around but he did make sure to find me so he could keep me updated the entire time we were there. From pointing out things that could be an issue to things that were not, I'm glad that my realtor chose Tim. He made the process a good one and I appreciate that he was the person that handled my inspection. Tim was both professional and informative and if do have the opportunity to personally refer an inspector, Tim Savage would be the one.

Tim was very professional and showed up on time. Tim was thorough and confident going thru the house. His report was understandable received back in a timely manner. Tim also did a sewer scope while he was here which gave us piece of mind. I would recommpend Tim.
